Convert PNG to SVG

I have a single PNG logo/graphic that I need rebuilt as a true SVG. The finished file must meet three simple requirements:

• 100 % transparent background—no hidden fills or white around the images as i nerd to print for shirts
• Every fill and stroke set up as separate, solid-color vectors so I can recolor any part in Canva with the standard color-picker.
• Faithful to the original artwork; the image is flat with no gradients or complex patterns, so a clean vector trace should be straightforward.

Please return the final SVG (and, if you like, an AI or EPS backup) ready for immediate upload to Canva.
