Convert Low-Res PNG to SVG

I have a low-quality PNG that needs to be rebuilt as a true vector without altering the original design. The finished artwork must be sharp enough for large-format printing yet lightweight for the web, so accuracy in shape, colour and alignment is essential.

Because I’ll be using the file across both print and digital channels, please ensure the vectors are clean, properly grouped and free of stray points. No creative tweaks are required—this is strictly a faithful conversion.

Deliverable
• A single, fully-scalable SVG file that opens flawlessly in Adobe Illustrator (or any standard vector editor)

I’ll review the result at 100%, 400% and 1600% zoom to confirm smooth curves and consistent colours before releasing approval.
