Convert Logo to True Vector

I already have the logo laid out in PNG and XCF; all colours, shapes and wording are final. What I need now is a clean, truly-vector rebuild that meets industry-standard guidelines so the artwork scales flawlessly for large-format printing and embroidery.

Please recreate every element in SVG and PDF, keeping each component—especially the text—on its own layer. The text should remain editable on its layer, and I also need a duplicate layer with the lettering outlined so printers with missing fonts never run into issues.

Deliverables
• Layered, fully-vector SVG
• Layered PDF ready for production, including the extra outlined-text layer

No colour or copy tweaks are required; the goal is an exact, high-fidelity match to the current design, just in proper vector form.
