Convert 2x Logo Images to SVG

I have two raster logo files (mostly PNG/JPG) that now need to be redrawn as clean, fully-scalable vectors. Every detail and colour in the originals must be matched exactly—no palette shifts, no simplifications—so the final artwork looks identical at any size.

Please deliver one SVG per logo, organised with neat, labelled layers and paths that are easy for me to edit later in Illustrator or Inkscape.

Acceptance criteria:
• Accurate shape and proportion match to the source logo
• Colours replicated 1:1 with the original file (RGB or HEX values preserved)
• SVG opens without errors and scales crisply to 4000 px and beyond
• No stray points, overlapping duplicates, or unnecessary clipping masks
