Convert Logo & Favicon to SVG

I have my logo and favicon only as PNGs and now need both converted into clean, fully-editable SVG files. No redesign—just a faithful vector trace that keeps the original colors while allowing me to tweak hues or elements later if needed. The SVGs should be scalable without locking in fixed dimensions so they stay crisp at any size.
Please:
• Deliver two separate SVGs—one for the full logo, one for the favicon.
• Ensure all shapes, strokes, and text are properly grouped and named for easy edits.
• Maintain exact color values from the PNG source.
• Remove any unnecessary points or hidden layers to keep file size light.
