Complete Google Play Store / IOS deployment for Flutter apps / Expert ASO

I'm looking for an experienced freelancer to handle the complete deployment of my all apps on the Google Play Store --------> LONGUE TERME COLLABORATION

1. **Graphic assets**:
- App icon (512x512 + Android adaptive icon)
- Feature graphic (1024x500)
- phone screenshots with professional device mockups
- tablet screenshots

2. **Store listing (19 languages)**:
- ASO-optimized title in all 19 languages ( i provide it )
- Short description + full description in all 19 languages ( i provide it )
- ASO keywords optimized per market/language ( i provide it )

3. **Compliance & forms**:
- IARC content rating questionnaire
- Data Safety section
- Target audience declaration (mixed audience: adults + children)
- Google Families Policy compliance
- Hosted Privacy Policy page

4. **Publication**:
- App Signing setup
- AAB build & upload
- Progressive rollout (internal -> closed testing with 20 testers -> production)
- Follow-up until Google approval

**Required skills**:
- Proven Google Play deployment experience (show published apps)
- Strong knowledge of Google Families Policy (MANDATORY - app targets children too)
- Graphic design skills (icons, screenshots, mockups)
- Multi-language ASO expertise
- Flutter/Android knowledge is a plus

**Selection criteria**:
- Portfolio of published Google Play apps
- Experience with children-targeting apps (Families Policy)
- Platform ratings/reviews
- Communication in English or French
