Classic Elegant Mobile App Logo

I’m looking for a designer who can craft a timeless, classic-and-elegant logo for my new mobile application. The mark should feel refined rather than trendy, scale cleanly from an app-store icon to larger promotional materials, and work just as well in full colour as it does in monochrome.

Because this is for a mobile app, legibility at smaller sizes is crucial; think simplified lines, balanced typography, and a thoughtful colour palette that hints at heritage without feeling old-fashioned. I’d like to wrap the project up within the next four weeks, so an organised workflow and clear checkpoints will help us stay on track.
