Cinematic Vector experts

I looking for someone draw a cinematic office scene in vector style. It will be used later for animation in Rive. So, everything must be clean, organized, and 100% vector. No photos or effects. The scene should look like an old sales office from the 1970s–80s. It should feel warm, smoky, and realistic, like a movie scene with rain outside and a glowing desk light.

1. Setup the Scene
- Artboard: 1920×1080 pixels.
- View: You are sitting behind your desk.
- Mood: Warm light, rain outside, old-style office.

2. Prepare for Animation (you don’t need to create animation).
Each object that will move later (like phone, clock, door, mug, pen) must be:
- In a separate group (example: g_phone, g_door).
- Named clearly for easy use in Rive.

3. Technical Rules
- Only use vector shapes.
- No effects, filters, or raster images.
- Use HEX color codes
- Follow naming rules: g_ for group, sh_ for shape, p_ for path.
- Keep the correct layer order.

4. Colors & Lighting
- Left side: warm yellow light.
- Right side: cool blue reflection from rain.
- Main colors:
Brass #B88A44, Brown #5E4631, Gray #4E5861, Light Smoke #B4A99B, Gold #F4E08A.
