Cartoon Airplane Merch Graphics

I need a cohesive set of cartoon-style airplane illustrations that can be used across three merchandise formats. I’ll give you a reference graphic that captures the attitude and basic shape I want; feel free to simplify, exaggerate or tweak proportions as long as the end result stays playful and easily recognizable as an aircraft.

The artwork has to scale cleanly from a large chest print all the way down to a small pin without losing detail, so thick, confident line work and limited spot colours are preferred. Please avoid gradients—solid fills work better for both embroidery and enamel.

Deliverables
• One high-resolution vector master file (AI or SVG) with all layers intact
• Colour-separated print-ready files for a screen-printed T-shirt (max 6 colours)
• A simplified, border-ready version for a 3-inch embroidered patch (DST preview helpful)
• A reduced line-weight version suitable for a 1-inch hard-enamel pin, complete with metal fill outlines
• PNG previews of each use case on transparent background

Acceptance
Artwork must remain crisp at 300 dpi on a 12-inch canvas and legible at 1 inch. Please keep the visual style consistent across all formats and follow the reference graphic’s basic pose. Once received, I’ll test the files on mock-ups; any tweaks for print accuracy are included in the scope.
