Brand Refresh & Design Brief
Refreshing the Brand and Producing Marketing Assets for a Recruitment Company - Executive Search Firm (Must provide premium feel)

Must provide brand concept idea and act as a consultive partner, this is more than just a design brief we want someone to guide us as to why we should update the brand in this way. We need you to have previous experience working with premium brand including full marketing assets and or a full brand design to include digital and print.

1. Project Overview
This project is a brand refresh and a production of new marketing assets. We are not starting from scratch, and we are not changing our name. We want to update how the brand looks and feels so it reflects who we are today, then roll the new look out across every asset our team uses.

2. Why We Are Refreshing the Brand
The current brand feels dated and no longer reflects how we work.
We have grown or changed direction since the original brand was built.
We are entering new sectors, new markets, or moving up market.
We want to compete with more polished agencies in our space.

3.Open to change
Logo: refine, modernise, or redraw.
Colour palette: refresh tones, add accents, or update completely.
Typography: replace with a more modern type pairing.
Photography style and iconography.
Overall tone, from corporate towards more human, or the other way.
Templates and layouts across all marketing materials.

Recruitment marketing has two audiences. The designer should keep both in mind.
Clients (companies that hire us)
Hiring managers, HR teams and business owners. They want to see credibility, results and a safe pair of hands.
Candidates (people looking for jobs)
Job seekers across our sectors. They want to feel the brand is approachable, modern and worth engaging with.

4. Goals of the Project
What we want the refresh and the new assets to achieve.
Modernise the look without losing the recognition we have already built.
Look professional and trustworthy to both clients and candidates.
Stand out from other recruitment agencies, which often look generic.
Make our brand instantly recognisable across every channel.
Support business development and help win new client accounts.
Attract stronger candidates and improve application rates.
Give our consultants polished, ready-to-use templates.
