Autocad drawing to make vector complete

need to complete the autocad dwg drawing into vector eps
The CAD drawing is a reference for the profile, but the .eps file needs to match the current one.
The current one used the CAD drawing as a reference as well but the designer extruded it to make it appear 3D as you can see
