Technical Partner Needed for Advanced AI Digital Workers, n8n, LLMs, RAG, Lovable Interfaces, and Automation Systems
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
**Looking for a Technical Partner to Build Advanced AI Digital Workers, n8n Agents, Lovable Interfaces, RAG, LLMs, and Automation Systems**
We are looking for a highly skilled technical partner or developer to collaborate with us on recurring client projects.
Our company provides complete digital workers, AI agents, and advanced automation systems for clients in Europe, Latin America, the United States, Canada, Mexico, Chile, Colombia, Argentina, the Dominican Republic, and other international markets.
We are not looking for someone to build simple automations or basic chatbots. We are looking for a technical partner who can help us build complete AI digital workers capable of assuming the tasks and responsibilities of real job positions inside companies.
These digital workers must be advanced, reliable, scalable, and production-ready.
**What we build**
We create digital workers for areas such as:
* Administration
* CRM management
* Internal operations
* Reporting and analytics
* Accounting support
* Document management
* Customer service
* SDR and sales support
* Marketing operations
* Content marketing
* Social media operations
* Legal support
* Logistics and stock management
* Infrastructure and server monitoring
* Back-office workflows
* Internal communication and task management
Each worker must be able to handle real business workflows, use tools, access information, reason through processes, generate outputs, execute actions, communicate with humans, and escalate when human review is required.
**Technical architecture we need**
We are looking for developers with experience in building advanced AI agent systems using tools such as:
* n8n
* OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or other LLMs
* RAG systems
* Vector databases
* Structured databases
* Airtable
* Supabase
* Pinecone
* AWS
* Azure
* APIs
* Webhooks
* CRM integrations
* Gmail and email systems
* WhatsApp
* Slack
* Notion
* HubSpot
* Holded
* Airtable
* Lovable
* Internal dashboards and client-facing interfaces
Our digital workers normally need several layers of reasoning, validation, and execution. Depending on the project, a worker may include 5 to 7 layers, such as:
* Input interpretation
* Database or knowledge base search
* RAG/vector database retrieval
* LLM reasoning
* Validation with another LLM
* Self-correction
* Human-in-the-loop for sensitive actions
* Final execution
* Logging and traceability
* Long-term memory
* Continuous improvement based on usage
We need systems that are stable, maintainable, and designed for real companies.
**Interfaces are included in the project**
The final project must include both the digital worker and the interface or usage layer that the client will use.
Depending on the client, this interface may be:
* A custom Lovable interface connected to the client’s real tools
* A Slack integration
* A WhatsApp interface
* A Notion workspace
* An Airtable interface
* A CRM integration
* A simple dashboard
* An internal panel
* A combination of several tools
Some companies already have their own systems, so the worker must be integrated into those tools. Other companies need a custom interface built from scratch, normally with Lovable, connected to their real workflows and tools.
**Demo workflow**
Before developing the full production system, we usually prepare a visual demo for the potential client.
The demo is not a complete production system. It is a visual and functional prototype for presentation purposes.
A demo can be built with Lovable and may include several screens depending on the client’s needs, such as:
* Main dashboard
* CRM/database
* Communications
* Email
* WhatsApp
* Tasks
* Documents
* Reports
* Analytics
* KPIs
* Invoices
* Client records
* Actions performed by the digital worker
The demo may use sample data and simulated workflows. It can also include a simple basic agent connected to Airtable, an LLM, and Lovable, just enough to simulate how the worker would receive information, update data, send or prepare a message, create a task, or show results inside the interface.
The goal of the demo is to help the client clearly understand the value of the digital worker before deciding whether to move forward.
**How we work**
Our normal workflow is:
1. We receive the client brief.
2. We define the demo scope.
3. The technical partner prepares a visual demo/prototype.
4. We present the demo to the client.
5. If the client approves and decides to move forward, we open the milestone for the full development.
6. The technical partner builds the complete digital worker.
7. The final worker is tested, reviewed, and delivered to the client.
We cannot open a full production milestone before the client approves the demo, because if the client rejects the demo, there is no final project to develop. We are open to discussing specific cases, but this is our standard collaboration model.
**What we expect from you**
We need someone who can work with us as a long-term technical partner, not just as a one-time freelancer.
You should be able to:
* Understand business workflows
* Translate client needs into AI worker architecture
* Build advanced automations
* Work with n8n and LLMs
* Create RAG and memory systems
* Connect APIs and external tools
* Build or integrate user interfaces
* Design reliable workflows
* Add validation and human-in-the-loop layers
* Document the work
* Deliver clean and maintainable systems
* Work fast when a client opportunity is active
**Pricing**
We usually work per project or per digital worker.
Our expected range is normally between 150 and 300 USD per digital worker, depending on complexity. For very complex projects, we may consider up to 350 USD, but only when the final client project allows it.
When a client requires several digital workers, we expect a better unit price per worker because the total project volume is higher.
We are looking for a collaborator who understands that we are also a company working with final clients, so pricing needs to leave margin for both sides.
**How to apply**
Please send us:
1. A brief introduction about your experience.
2. Examples of AI agents, n8n workflows, RAG systems, or automation projects you have built.
3. Tools and platforms you work with.
4. Your experience with Lovable or similar interface builders.
5. Your experience with APIs, databases, vector databases, and LLMs.
6. Your approximate pricing per digital worker.
7. Whether you are comfortable working with our demo-first workflow before opening the full production milestone.
We are looking for a serious technical partner for recurring work. If the collaboration works well, there may be continuous projects with real clients.
