vBulletin Domain Configuration Assistance
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
Hello,
I recently purchased a vBulletin forum license and I am trying to set it up with my domain purchased through GoDaddy.
My main domain is:
pgaming.net
I created a subdomain:
forums.pgaming.net
I updated the DNS settings in GoDaddy and added the required CNAME record. vBulletin Cloud shows that the custom domain is active and says the site is using:
www.forums.pgaming.net
However, when trying to access the forum, I am having issues:
* Going to forums.pgaming.net shows:
“This page isn’t working — forums.pgaming.net redirected you too many times.”
* When I access the AdminCP / setup area, the page loads broken with no CSS/design, only plain HTML links.
I believe there may be an issue with:
* GoDaddy DNS records
* CNAME setup
* www vs non-www redirect
* vBulletin domain configuration
* SSL/HTTPS redirect settings
I need someone experienced with vBulletin, domains, DNS, and GoDaddy to correctly configure everything so my forum loads normally.
Please only apply if you can fix this today. I can provide GoDaddy and vBulletin access if needed.
