Vbulletin 5 troubleshooting

I have a vbulletin 5 forum that keeps going down. Can you help? here is the error I am getting

There we found dozens of entries of these error messages:

It appears the issue comes from the /home/persianf/public_html/forums/core/vb/vb.phar file of the website.
