Fix my vbulletin 4.2.5 message board

I am in need of a skilled professional to fix the issues with my vbulletin 4.2.5 message board. The specific problem I am encountering is a database connection error, which is causing error messages to appear.
The forum goes up and down through out the day.
I'm getting this error:
"The Table Session Is Full"
I currently have 39,000 guests online so I'm guessing the forum is not logging these users out or closing these sessions which is why I'm having these issues? I need someone familiar with vbulletin.
