Decompile a small program

We have a program that we bought but it is registered on a very old computer ( depends on the hardware machine to create a serial and combined with our cd-key we can registered the program ) we have serial number etc everything but the company close the website from where we can make registration of the program with our serial number .
We need help to install this program on a good computer and to be able to registered the program which is legit.
