test the code first between 2 computers with different public IPs, only after that bid. it must able to send a jpg file. write "i tested" as the first words in your bid. i already tried chatgpt and it didn't work on public IPs. it worked only on the same computer or LAN. ask a friend to test with his PC if you need to have 2 different IPs. i will ask you to do a video to show proof it works. it should be able to do 30frames per second at a ping lag of 200ms between server and client.
