VB script to parse phone numbers, business names, city, and state from a text file, output to CSV

Make a script to get phone numbers, business names, city, and state from a text file, output to CSV Accept a TXT file, go thru and get phone, business name, city, and state output to CSV file, save file to local computer Create a VB script (or C++ script, etc) that can be used over and over again I have attached a sample text file here, similar to the ones that would be need to be parsed every time the script is used.
