recognize specific images on my computer screen

I would like someone to make a software for me in VB6 (No other languages please. If it cannot be done in VB6 then VB.Net will be okay.). The software should be able to recognize specific images on my computer screen (while the program runs with the program window minimized). It should then be able to position the mouse over those words or images and click the mouse. It should allow me to do a right click or a left click on the mouse. It should also allow me to do a double click on the mouse. I will need you to provide me the full source code. It must work with Windows 7 64-bit Home Edition.
