quick help with parameters & websocket handlers

I am looking for help with configuring parameters, as well as working with web socket handlers, using vb.net and c#. My project has existing code that needs to be reviewed and updated to correct the function calls.
I am seeking somebody with advanced experience in vb.net & c#, as this project will require skill in both. The project involves correcting the class function calls plus creating and testing a few new ones via the exisiting winform application.
