only vb.net , simple project using sikulix

i would want a vb project where i can put in the similarity percentage, photos, and to be able to create conditions, like if image1 found , then run file/click x y / press keys. at what price could you do this project? i can also give you the click xy source code if you need it, i already have it. and the sikulix project already has the similarity percentage. it has to scan the whole screen about every second. the input images can be anything on the screen, for example an icon in the taskbar, a button on a webpage, a textbox in a webpage etc.
i want to be able to add images in the vb6 exe software and it should scan for all of them on the screen every second or so. it must detect the image even if it is for example 70% similar. if you can give a good price for this project, i can give more projects in the future too.
