vb.net desktop application for cloth mall

we develop inventory management system for cloth mall using vb.net and sql server 2008.
system includes sale,purchase and stock.their are 1 server machine and 21 client machine.
I have done all server sattings.system run smoothly for some time but after that following error occurs"executenonquery requires an open and avilable connection. the connection current state is closed".when we quit application and reopen it run ok, after some time it will show error. i also upload my vb.net connetion code image
