VB.net code to pull the dictionary words and definitions off of a public information web page

I need the words that are on the following page https://www.cancer.gov/publications/dictionaries/cancer-terms/expand/A to be put into a csv file. so it will become "A33", "A type of monoclonal antibody used in cancer detection or therapy. Monoclonal antibodies are laboratory-produced substances that can locate and bind to cancer cells." I do not need any hyperlinks, just the word and definition.
