vb.net autocad block insert

Hello, I am developing a small project for autocad with vb.net. I developed a block placement subroutine. It is successfully included in the drawing, but when I look at its properties with the list command in autocad, I cannot access the name of the added block. Therefore, I cannot operate on routines that will run later.
