Vb.net USB HID

I need a script in order to control the relays on an USB board. VB.net source code, that will be integrated into the main application. The USB board has two relays and I need to switch on/off each of them, separately. The possibility to insert the parameters for the relays is also needed.
The details of the board are in the file attached.
