VB.net Application Enhancements

I need an experienced VB.net developer from India or Pakistan to revamp and enhance my application.
1. Tasks to be done:
- Revamp the user interface: I am interested in rearranging the elements on the screen to ensure a better user experience.
- Add new graphical elements: You will be required to design and implement these elements, aiming for a more modern and attractive user interface.
- Feature enhancements: You will have to look at the existing features and come up with ways to enhance them further.
The new and updated source code will be provided back to me after these modifications.
