I need a VB.Net Module to Extract CAD Drawings Contents

I need a module written in VB.Net or can be accessed by VB.Net to get objects information from a drawing such as the attached drawing.
The required result after processing the drawing should be like: Drawing outer width=550 cm and drawing outer height= 350 cm, 1 glass panel (size 275 cm x40 cm), 1 window (2 Sliding Windows size 92.5x180 cm) etc...
After getting the drawing components information I can use this information to calculate the project cost.
