migrate Excel VBA forms and code into VB.net

we have a CRM that captures new jobs in a vba form within excel. we wish to port the forms and code behind them (which shows/hides frames etc based on selections) into vbnet. then we will assignwork going fwd on that base. you shoudl have good vb.net desktop skills and have ported vba forms into vb.net already.
