import facebook page post comments using vb.net desktop APP

I am seeking a freelancer to program an app that will allow me to import, archive, and analyze all comments made on a particular Facebook page post. The app should have the ability to list all posts from which I can determine which post I want to import comments from, with the capability to import all comments for the selected post. With this data I will then generate a winner picker for a contest. I will require clear documentation on how to use the application.
