I have a VB.Net Desktop application that has Code that I need to parse an XML stream into the sub documents

The application that I have attached will parse an XML file when a single item is passed into the url. I need it to parse a string of items and create a list of items. I have modified some of the code to give you an idea, so the biggest thing that you need to do is to parse the data into sub documents and create a separate item in the list. The code was written with an XMLReader

The code is written to extract the elements just not to loop the documents
