find duplicates in Double numbers

You will have to write your code to assume i have a checkedlistbox already loaded with my data and your code will take over and send the duplicates from my checkedlistbox to a listbox only once so I have a list of the duplicates. a duplicate is a double that appears more than onece in the checked listbox.
