develop a mathematical model of the human eye based on topographic data - work in VB .NET

Input a topographic file in XML. Extract the height data. Use this to build a model of the eye including the sclera - the white part of the human eye. I can provide extensive detail / references. I then need to be able to calculate / display the sagittal height of the model eye at any point. My intended use is to simulate the fitting of specialized rigid contact lenses to this eye.
