asp.net parse content from emails using HtmlAgilityPack

Please only respond if you have experience extracting data from HTML using HTMLAgilityPack.

I need some code written for asp.net (preferably vb.net) that will use HtmlAgilityPack to read a string of HTML which is for emails and extract specific information from the emails.

The emails we have are for enquiries and we need to extract info from the emails. We have the email content body saved as a string.

Attached is an example txt file for 'Seek' which has an enquiry and another example file for 'anybusiness' which has an enquiry in it.

For 'seek', we need to extract the following:
Internal Ref:
Business Name:
Contact Name:
Title:
Location:
Industry:
Message:
From:
Email:
Phone:

For Anybusiness, we need to extract the following:
Listing:
AnyBusiness ID:
Brokers:
Name:
Email:
Phone:
Want to:
Message:
