XML / Treeview storage exporting to config/text file.

Am wanting to create an XML/Treeview editor that can then generate config/text files.

Please note that this will be an initial 30-40 hours, with then ongoing 5-10 hours a week.
Basic understanding of electronics/naming conventions and great english is a MUST.

Ideally main form, loads/creates/copies project folder.

Project editing form has multiple TABS up the top and then possibly 'SUB TABS' for independent parts for that section. Clicking on a TAB shows a treeview/list of items that you can click on/change order and has basic settings/template box's for those items to quickly edit/add.

Working files /app must be in VB.NET.
