I am looking for a Visual Basic .Net Software developer who can create a program that will allow me to load 3D printing STL files and split them into smaller parts for printing. Here are the specific requirements and features that I am looking for:
- Operating System: The software should be compatible with Windows and MacOS
- Ability to Split STL Files: The most important feature of the software should be the ability to split STL files into smaller parts that can be printed separately. There will be few options on how the split will work. Clean split (for glueing parts back together), Pinned split (places holes and prints pins to rejoin print). Ability to change part size of the stl parts of the split.
- Compatibility with Various 3D Printers: The software should be compatible with various 3D printers, allowing me to print the split parts on different machines.
- User-Friendly Interface: The software should have a user-friendly interface that is easy to navigate and use.
