Upgrade file architecture project

I have existing file architecture on one form for batching files conversion from vb6 UDT binary file to line separated encrypted and compressed files. I have working code but it needs to adhere to a new design which will allow demonstration of the file architecture by opening and saving files. The actual file architecture code must be in a new module(to be able to call), and warnings & messages need to be resolved. The encryption and compression comes from visual studio .NET.
