C++ Unmanaged DLL to VB.net Function - Single function conversion

Hi,

This is yet another C++ function which requires your expertise to perform conversion to VB.net
The supplier has provided its tester with its C++ Source code. So many details can be revealed from the source code itself.

For this task, I just need to get below function run :
DrawDirectSingleFanBySize

This function will export a fan curve in bmp file format to a stated file path in this function call.
You may try below input parameter

pFileName= This is the target BMP file path

Proof of delivery
a) You can create a small vb.net project, with a window form and a button
b) When press the button, it will execute the above command, and then output the bmp file to a said file path

During validate, I will change the file path to my local folder myself
Please ensure you have true experience in C++

The attached zip file is originated from my supplier, please do not distribute and upon completion of job, please remove it from your machine.
