Text file smoother
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have a project I fumbled through and have everything done in VB. net Framework. I have everything but the last step which is smoothing values in a text file. I am attaching what I need in file. I just cant get the math. I don't see this being a very big job at all for a pro.
