Table Highlight application

Hi,

I have data in PDF / Word / excel similar to what you see below.

Would like a small application that.
- Imports and displays data from a CSV file?

- User can double click on a ROW and it highlights that row
- User can double click on a COLUMN and it highlights that column.
- User can single click on a column and then single click on a row and it will highlight that 'CELL' where they intersect.
