Reformat a Last Name String using VB.Net and RegEx

I need to clean up some data entry issues for people with complex last names. I would like a Regex Expression if possible rather than a split and join VB.Net Function. The attached file has all of the possibilities with the expected outcomes. Let me know your thoughts. Sample:
Last Name: Smith Outcome Smith and skip any type of reformatting
Last Name: Smith Jones Outcome Smith Jones All one white space between names
Last Name: Smith - Jones Outcome Smith-Jones No white space just a hyphen
Last Name: Smith - Jones - Roberts Outcome Smith-Jones-Roberts No white space just hyphens
Last Name: Smith Outcome Smith and skip any type of reformatting
