Redevelopment of VB.Net Desktop Application to Web based Application

My organization is looking for a talented full stack developer to redevelop our existing VB.Net desktop application into a web-based application. This application is the core banking application used to manage microfinance operations. We require the web-based version to have real-time reporting capabilities using SAP Crystal report or any other reporting tool and be built with the ASP.Net or PHP technology. The assignment should be completed by August 15th 2023.
