Rebuild VB6 application in VB.NET

I have an existing VB6 application that I need rebuilt in VB.NET. The current version is VB6 and along with rebuilding the application, I'd like to incorporate some new features as well. I'm expecting the project to be completed within 1-3 months. The Application should have MS Office style ribbons and use embedder web browser as data viewer. HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript, VBScript and database (MS Access?) knowledge is required. Some SAP knowledge is a plus.
