Real time Square Detection and Measurement in Live Webcam Image in VB.Net (4.8 Framework)
Budget: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 INR
Application will consist of a Live Image from a Webcam to a Picture Box. Then On live Image We will have to look out for a Rhombus (square rotated at 45 degrees) as in attached Image. The corner to corner Dimensions of the square are to be displayed on two different labels and X,Y Cordinates of Four Corners to be provided as Public Variable to be further used in Program. . Application should have necessary controls like Live Image Brightness, Contrast. Steps to be followed are :

Take a BMP frame from live Image
Convert to Gray Scale
Thresholding of Image.
Search for Rhombus Shape
Reconstruct detected edges .
If no Rhombus found then give out message , " No Rhombus Found"
Draw a square shaped boundary of detected rhombus.
Measure corner to corner size of our Rhombus in Pixels.
Once Size Labels are updated and Corners' coordinates updated in Public Variables, then Resume Live Image.
