Read UTF8 webpage and save it to MDB 97 in Arabic

The project is simple.
I need a full sample in VB.NET
1. Reading the following page

(Copy and Paste the link)
2. Get the Arabic Text from the page (without HTML Tags)
3. Save the result in MDB file (Microsoft Acces 97)
I have attached a MDB sampe, and you are free to creat another table or save in the same table
