ROOMS RESERVATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
(1) Visitor/ Guest registration – capture the details of the visitor including Full names, Phone number, Id /Passport number, Nationality, Gender, ………………………………..
(2) Room creation – create various rooms available, including size, features i.e. single bed, double bed, hot shower, dstv, wifi, bed only, bed and breakfast and more. Capture unique room number, name and floor it’s located. Capture the rate for the room per night or per other letting terms. Capture extra modifiers that can make the room more expensive.
(3) Laundry services – capture various categories of laundry services and the respective rates
(4) Other Services like gym – capture various other services like gym and the rates applicable
(5) Sell other products at the reception – Create various inventory items at the reception area like tooth brush, toothpaste and others. Capture their names, cost, selling price, stock/quantity on hand, and more.
(6) Point of sale – Sell the products and services and generate a receipt
(7) Rooms Point of sale – sell/assign the various rooms to various guests capture their full details, period of stay, once the room is assigned to a guest it should be marked as unavailable for assignment until the guest checks out.
(8) Guest / Visitor check out – once the guest is done with his/her stay he should be checked out of the hotel / facility and the rooms are available for other guests.
(9) Manage other non sale inventories – manage the various inventory items purchased by the facility which are not for resale like soaps, towels, beddings, others. Manage issuance to various rooms and employees/staff
(10) Create staff/Employees and staff – create various users of the system with different rights on the system
(11) Reports - many reports at least 5 from each section above
