Put a project together with source codes and clear warnings & messages

Couple of projects to put into one with only source code and nothing imported
Warnings and messages all checked and resolved using latest SDK in vb.net

We will be provisioning the base for our application which will have 2 forms

One form will need work to resolve an error, and utilize zip w/memory mapping
