Programming Simple Function in VB.net
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have a VB.net program that need to add a new functionality to it. The required new function must do the following (please read carefully):
- Convert invoice summary information and put this information into Tag Length Value (TLV) format, then converting the TLV to base64.
- The resulted base64 should be put into text field on the same window.
- The required function must be programmed according to the requirements in the attached video. The video has detailed description of the requirements. All the requirements must be met exactly.
- The programmed function must be compatible with .net framework 4.5 and visual studio 2012.
- All the programming must be completed on the attached program made by me. I have done more than half of the coding required.
- All the details instructions and requirements are attached in the video provided. The programmer must be able to understand all the requirements and instructions from the video. The video is in English language.
- No QR generation is required for this task. I need only the required TLV output according to the instructions in the video.
- I will not accept partial solutions. If you can’t do the exact requirements, don’t make an offer.
- If you will use external libraries, it must be free one.
- Payment terms: - 50% in advance - 25% after providing a screen video of the working program (only the program interface not the source code) - 25% after delivering the final program with source code.
