Process Checklist Manager

This utility will allow creating and instantiating workflow-type processes. Each instantiated process will consist of a series of steps to be completed by clicking a button or checking a box. When the last step is complete, the instantiated process will terminate. Each step in a process would be designated as either mandatory or optional or decision (branching to different paths).
The utility will maintain a list of all running processes, allowing the user to select any process to work on. New processes can be initiated from a list of available process templates. The entire utility will be contained in an AppBar UI which will be docked to the right side of the screen and will be full height and 10% - 15% of desktop width. All other running programs will be limited to the remaining desktop space.
All processes designed by the user will be persistent (stored) and the status of all running processes will also be persistent. On startup, all previously created processes will be available to work on.
