Parse a HTML file using VB.NET

I have a url that I need to extract about 15 elements using VB.NET. I've attached the source code file and I've attacked 2 highlighted images with the elements that I need. Save the elements as either variables or into a JSON or CSV string. Please do not low bid and then ask what's my budget. My budget will be what you bid. No PHP and no Chrome extensions. HtmlAgilityPack and Newtonsoft is fine. I plan to put this on a .NET webserver and create an api.
