Outlook VSTO Plugin- VB.NET Windows Forms - Development Support

We are looking for VB.Net developer with experience in Windows forms development. This is an ongoing project. We will first give small modules to work on. For now, we have few development tasks in Outlook VSTO - Windows forms that involves tasks like creating emails from Outlook templates, Windows form Design, Menu Ribbon editing etc., Pls give both hourly rate.
